Q&A: Computer question?

So i have a question about my computer. I don’t know whats wrong with it, most likely because of spyware of possible viruses or trojans lately my computers been running like a turtle. Now i noticed something big when i go into my c;/ drive there are so many files and they keep growing mostly not normal files they are TMP Files and everything starts with a pos so i.e pos1b7F or whatever so i tried reformatting my computer with my windows xp cd now i have the korean platform and the xp cd i have is the english version but techinically it should still work cuz its the same platform just differnt language. And well it won’t work when i try booting it from being logged on my account and when i try booting it from the cd from when i first start my computer. Any suggestions?

Btw i have tried trend microcall virus scanner all it found were trojans and i got them removed. But i’m still having problems help!!
tried deleting all temporary and all that stuff still having problems :[
and yeah uhm the files are still there and won’t let me delete them or anything

delete all of the temp files. temp means temporary . also clean browser history and do scans

They are really just variations on the same theme…. VoIP.
I believe Skype rates are a little cheaper.

There are many, many other Voip services out there:
CallCentric, InPhonex, Les.net, Voip.ms, Vonage, Lingo, Packet8, Skype, Gizmo5, Efonica, Yahoo Messenger/Voice, Windows Live Messenger, GoogleTalk PcCall, Hotfoon, etc………. The list goes on..

Some are PC-based, some are ATA phone adapter based, some are open SIP BYOD (bring your own device), some are locked services that only work with their proprietary softphones or proprietary ATA phone adapters.

I use CallCentric and InPhonex as my primary VoIP carriers, and Les.net, Voip.ms, and Skype as my backups. These are all pay-as-you-go, BYOD, no contracts, no strings attached services

I configure my Linksys ATA phone adapters PAP2T-NA (or SPA-2102-NA) line-1 for CallCentric, and line-2 for InPhonex. And, as an alternate, I use the CallCentric free downloadable Softphone from my PC with a wireless headset.
